The concept of the exhibition “®© Annoying Dog” is an attempt to materialize the inevitable “Annoying Dog,” which waits everywhere, in all spheres of life.
It is a small dog that doesn’t bite, but suffers from “Napoleon syndrome,” and despite all efforts, its beauty is rather unremarkable. Many consider it a messiah, though it is a simpleton, convincingly religious, a guide, leader, shepherd, wolf, traffic light, alcoholic, parasite, document, vulture, businessman, kitsch, ancient, conservative, and democratic. It believes in personal goals of struggle, the coffee residue, the difference between two Turkish TV series… It loves to wear chain-ties with its favorite symbols. The paintings that will be exhibited feel the street aesthetics through designer combinations of current symbols, characteristic of neoliberal capitalism.
EXCLUSIVELY, you will be able to meet it, in an everyday atmosphere, through the mediation of your point of view.
