Creative Disharmony
How familiar is the viewer with the process of creating art? What happens behind the scenes before the artwork is complete and presented to the public?
Creative Disharmony is an exhibition that removes the veil of mystery, providing the viewer with an intimate look into the artistic process of Brankica Jordanovska, Ertunç Sali, and Sanja Simoska, three young artists who, while having unique styles and visions, share a deep admiration for the process of creating art.
This event offers visitors the opportunity not only to observe the final result but also to follow the journey of creation. Viewers will witness moments of experimentation, spontaneity, and emotional outbursts that occur throughout the work. Through this interaction, Creative Disharmony not only showcases the techniques and tools the artists use but also uncovers the inner struggles, discoveries, and moments of decision that guide the creative process.
The exhibition creates a parallel experience of viewing—the process of creation and the final artwork coexist in the space, offering a broader perspective on what it means to create art. The artists, each with their unique approach, will work in their improvised studios within the gallery, providing direct insight into their creative challenges.
Creative Disharmony is a celebration of art as a dynamic, fluid, and unpredictable practice. It reveals the truth that the final product is only one aspect of a much deeper and richer process. This event offers a rare opportunity for the audience to see the artists in their “natural habitat” and to experience art as something that is constantly changing, growing, and reshaping itself.
